Dailoop
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2, 2026
Who is responsible
Dailoop is developed and operated by Alexander Eiselmayer, an individual developer and the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach me at support@eiselmayer.com.
Data the app collects
Dailoop collects only the data it needs to function. All of it is linked to your account and used solely to provide the app's functionality:
- •Account data. Your email address and a user ID, used for authentication. Sign-in is via email and password only (through Supabase Auth); there are no social logins.
- •Habit content. The habit names you create, your completion logs, and their timestamps.
- •Precise location (optional, off by default). Dailoop does not capture location until you enable “Capture location” in Settings or during onboarding. When enabled, your location is attached to individual habit completions so the app can show places on a map, and is stored at 6-decimal precision. You can disable it at any time in Settings; disabling stops all new capture.
What Dailoop does not do
- •No tracking, no ads, and no third-party analytics.
- •No sale or sharing of your personal data with third parties.
- •No third-party network requests at all. Fonts and other assets are bundled with the app; the only service the app talks to is its own backend (Supabase).
How your data is processed and stored
Your data is stored in a database hosted by Supabase, which acts as a data processor on my behalf. All data is transmitted exclusively over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
Data retention and deletion
Your data is retained only until you delete your account. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly in the app via Settings → Sign out → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cascades to all your habits, completion logs, and location data.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Union or European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. The legal bases for processing are:
- •Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for your account data and habit content — this data is required to provide the service.
- •Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for precise location — captured only after you enable it, and you can withdraw consent at any time by disabling it in Settings.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and receive a portable copy of your personal data, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
To exercise these rights, use the in-app deletion flow described above or email support@eiselmayer.com.
Children
Dailoop is not directed at children under the age of 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
Scope and changes
This policy covers only the Dailoop app. It does not apply to the rest of eiselmayer.com. If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with an updated “Last updated” date.
